Small towns

Tonight we were playing in the basement. Sophia had some of her dolls "driving" the dump truck. Here is the conversation we had:

Sophia: They have to drive slow, they are in a small town.

Grant: Oh, a small town like Pemberville?

Sophia: Nope, a small town that's a speed trap.

While some would contend that Pemberville is indeed a speed trap (how many times have you gotten pulled over Mom?) at least they don't seem to give out too many tickets....if you are a local anyway.

Sophia is also very excited about the Pemberville Fair. She keeps talking about how she gets to run into the street to get candy. She is always very clear about that being the ONLY time you can run into the street though. She's even said that she will save some of her candy for Bennett to eat when he gets old enough.
